Tough Time Finding A Gym?
It can be hard to find a gym to use in order to keep up with dryland training over the summer since most private clubs are pricey and some even set age restrictions for unsupervised workouts. Chances are, your home school has a gym with a sufficient weight room and track to get the job done. If you check with your school's Athletic Director (AD) or the head coach of a team that trains in the summer (soccer & football usually do at most schools), you may be able to use your home school's gym while one of those teams are training and a coach is present. That equals free gym time and no excuse to not be following the summer dryland routine. Git 'er done.
