Today we had a chance to ski for an hour in the morning before study hall. We took the opportunity to take a few free runs and work on some drills before the afternoon session. In the afternoon we had very productive session on Andy's Double Gold. We set a 27 m apex GS course to help the athletes understand turn shape and pressure management. The Girls did a good job today adjusting to the turn shape that we were looking for and raising the intensity level through the session. We took a little time after skiing to do some recovery in the pool and do a core workout. Tomorrow we are back on ADG in the afternoon and we plan to continue with apex GS for another day before progressing into full length GS on Monday.
